From Our Family Farm to Your Table
Limerick Tropical Vegetables is a family-run farm in Limerick, Ireland, founded by Blanche Moukoko and her husband Maxime, a trained agronomist. Together, they set out to grow the African, Asian, and tropical vegetables that are missing from Irish supermarket shelves — and to grow them properly, right here in Ireland.
With Maxime's agricultural expertise and Blanche's deep connection to the food cultures of home, they have built a farm that grows everything from amaranth and ugu to water spinach and roselle — vegetables that are rarely found fresh in Ireland, and that mean the world to the communities who cook with them.
Their mission is simple: to change the taste of every kitchen in Ireland. That means introducing unique vegetables, championing healthy eating, and celebrating the diverse food cultures that make up modern Ireland.
