1. About Us

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of limericktropic.ie and any purchases made through the site. The site is operated by Limerick Tropical Vegetables Ltd, Ballinagarde, Ballyneety, Co. Limerick, V94 Y793, Ireland.

2. Placing an Order

• By placing an order on this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable.
• An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your order is successfully placed. This does not constitute acceptance of the order until fulfilled.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. if pricing errors occur).

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken at the time of ordering via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard). We do not store card details.
• We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. Prices displayed at checkout are final.

4. Click & Collect

• We operate on a Click & Collect only basis. We do not offer home delivery at this time.
• Collection is from our farm at Ballinagarde, Ballyneety, Co. Limerick, V94 Y793.
• Orders placed by Thursday midnight are ready for Friday collection. Orders placed after Thursday midnight will be scheduled for the following Friday.
• Collection is always free. Your collection time will be confirmed by email after your order is placed.
• If you are unable to collect on the scheduled Friday, please contact us as soon as possible at info@limericktropic.ie.

5. Fresh Produce & Product Descriptions

• Our products are fresh farm produce. Weights, appearance, and availability may vary by season.
• Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith but are for guidance only.
• Seasonal products are only available during their listed availability period.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we are unable to accept returns.
• If your collected order is damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of collection with a photograph of the issue.
• We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

7. Cancellations

• You may cancel an order up to 24 hours before your scheduled collection (Thursday midnight) by contacting us at info@limericktropic.ie.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after this point as produce will have been harvested and packed.

8. Wholesale & Trade Orders

• Wholesale enquiries are handled separately via our Wholesale page.
• Trade pricing is available by arrangement and is not displayed on the public shop.
• Separate terms may apply to wholesale accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, photography, logos, and design is the property of Limerick Tropical Vegetables Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Limerick Tropical Vegetables Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
